You agree to notify meryph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users of the meryph platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of Philippine laws and regulations
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account
• Participating in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or betting systems
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to access or interact with the platform
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the platform or its security systems
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds between parties
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities or sources
• Using stolen credit cards, payment details, or funds belonging to third parties
• Abusing errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or meryph staff members
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content through any platform communication features

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1. Deposits: meryph accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the platform. Users are responsible for all fees charged by payment providers or financial institutions.

4.2. Payment Method Ownership: All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. meryph reserves the right to request documentation proving ownership of payment methods and may freeze accounts or return deposits where third-party funding is suspected.

4.3. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and anti-money laundering procedures. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All content available on the meryph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and multimedia files, is the property of meryph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

7.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content.

7.3. The meryph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of meryph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. meryph provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2. meryph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

8.3. meryph is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts due to user negligence in protecting login credentials.

8.4. Technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events beyond meryph's reasonable control do not constitute grounds for claims against the platform.

8.5. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, meryph's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user into their account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1. meryph reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, fraud, or any other reason deemed appropriate by meryph in its sole discretion.

9.2. Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the user subject to verification procedures and provided all wagering requirements and terms have been met.

9.3. Self-exclusion is available for users concerned about problem gambling. Self-excluded users will have their accounts closed for a specified period and will not be permitted to reopen accounts during the exclusion period.

9.4. Upon account termination, all licenses granted to the user are immediately revoked, and the user must cease all use of the platform.

If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.

12.3. Users agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against meryph.

12.4. The exclusive venue for any legal proceedings shall be the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. General Provisions

13.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2. Waiver: Failure by meryph to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

13.3. Assignment: Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without prior written consent from meryph. meryph may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.

13.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and meryph and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
